The Human Side of Change

Most organisations focus on managing change.

I focus on how people experience it.

What is The Human Side of Change?

The Human Side of Change is a practical framework that helps leaders and organisations recognise the often-overlooked psychological impact of change. It identifies five emerging signals that can affect confidence, communication and performance long before they become visible in traditional measures.

Whether someone is navigating restructuring, leadership transitions, organisational change or career uncertainty, the framework provides a different lens through which to understand what people may be experiencing and how to respond more effectively.

Why I created The Human Side of Change

After almost 20 years working alongside leaders and employees through restructures, promotions, organisational change and career transitions, I noticed the same patterns appearing again and again.

Organisations often focused on processes, plans and communication.

But beneath the surface, people were experiencing something very different.

The Human Side of Change was developed to help organisations recognise those hidden signals before they begin affecting confidence, performance and decision-making.
